It’s a vicious cycle that makes them rich and you stuck.

I’ll personally answer your questions and support you thru any obstacle or block you are struggling with. As an ICF certified life coach, I am future-focused. No whining is allowed, no excuses. You simply do or do not. And, then there is forgiveness and new commitments.
Weekly e-accountability
Each week, you’ll complete a short accountability form that tracks and measures the goals you set for yourself. And, those goals don’t have to be just about your weight. Life isn’t just about how much or how often you eat, it is about living on purpose and by design in all of the areas of your life. I’ve learned that the less stress you have in one area, the less likely you are to respond to that stress by making unhealthy food choices. Need to clean out that closet, have a crucial conversation with a loved one, or complete a project that’s been on your to-do list forever? Then this is the platform in which you get support and accountability to complete those goals.
E-encouragement and education
You’ll receive monthly health tips or words of encouragement to help you keep your best body and health.
